Architect Alessandra Delgado’s inspiration comes from her time studying at FAUUSP, which at the time was full of great names in Brazilian architecture, art and design. Working on architectural projects, Alessandra fell in love with design and this passion gave rise to her self-taught search for the timeless design that marks her creations. In her 25 years’ experience developing the most varied furniture and decorative accessories projects, she has found in the marriage of materials – be it iron, wood, glass or concrete – not only the translation of the harmony of forms so present in the nature of Brazil, but also the translation of the sculptural traits of her inspirational masters, whom she represents with singular lightness, revisiting masterpieces of Brazilian architecture and design as a reference.

The designer currently exhibits her creations in her atelier store in São Paulo, as well as distributing them through partner retailers throughout Brazil and internationally with partnerships in the high decoration market in the United States and Europe.

Completing the search for materials that make a difference, the company’s latest exclusive collections have been increasingly concerned with sustainability and the use of certified raw materials.

The architect, whose career includes prominent participation in the world’s most important design exhibitions and competitions, believes in the modernist concept of design “Less is more” by Bauhaus master Mies Van der Hoe.
