We are talking a lot about it here, but we are proud to repeat: Brazilian furniture returns to the world capital of design after 18 months of suspension of the biggest events in the sector around the globe.
Participating and contributing to this moment of resumption, ABIMÓVEL – The Brazilian Furniture Manufacturers Association and Apex-Brasil – The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency are organizing the largest Brazilian participation in the history of Milan Design Week, in Italy, holding exhibitions at two of the main events of the Milanese calendar.
At the supersalone, a special version of Salone del Mobile.Milano, 10 Brazilian brands linked to the Brazilian Furniture Sectoral Project will be exhibiting their products and concepts in a totally innovative dynamic designed exclusively for this year’s edition. Leaving the Rho Fiera pavilions, the exhibition “Brazil – Design in Motion” — held as part of the “INTERNI – Creative Connections” exhibition, one of the most famous of Fuorisalone — brings together around 50 Brazilian companies and designers from different areas, 20 of which are also furniture companies that are part of the Brazilian Furniture Project.

Amidst this large universe of information, products, brands and professionals, ABIMÓVEL and Apex-Brasil have just launched a special hotsite, bringing together all companies, designers and national activities organized by the entities in Milan this year. With an intuitive and functional navigability, the page aims not only to facilitate and guide the access of the Design Week visitors to the Brazilian initiatives, but also to enable those who cannot be physically present in Italy to get to know both the work being presented there and the launches and flagships of Brazilian companies in 2021.
Upon entering the brazilianfurniture.org.br/salone hotsite, the visitor has access to the profile of all companies and designers participating in the exhibitions through the project, as well as product spoilers, photo gallery, videos, website and social networks, information about the curatorship and the organizing entities, among other content to optimize contact and expand the network among the interested parties.
