One of the main events in North America when it comes to contemporary furniture, ICFF – The International Contemporary Furniture Fair takes place this weekend in New York, in the United States. The two-day event, held between November 14 and 15, 2021, attracts the attention of buyers, journalists and trendsetters from around the world, with special attention to North America, a region that includes some of the main target-markets for the Brazilian Furniture Sectoral Project.
Speaking of the project, idealized by ABIMÓVEL – The Brazilian Furniture Manufacturers Association and Apex-Brasil – The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency, three large member companies participate in ICFF 2021 counting on the support from the Brazilian Furniture. They are: Ornare, Tidelli and Uultis.
With an emphasis on originality, design and sustainability, ICFF traditionally offers a wide range of furniture and decoration options for residential, corporate and hospitality spaces. Joining efforts this year with WantedDesign Manhattan, both bring together around 300 brands from at least 25 countries. Among the public are shopkeepers, architects, interior designers, retailers, suppliers, specifiers and the press from around the world.

Ornare
Recognized as one of the most sophisticated Brazilian brands in the high-end furniture sector, Ornare‘s mission is to unify values such as luxury, design, architecture and aesthetics. Points that sum up very well what will be presented in this special edition of the ICFF.
Founded 35 years ago, Ornare’s production is focused on bespoke furniture for the kitchen, bathroom, home theater and closet. Since 2006, the brand has had showrooms in the American cities of Miami, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and New York. This year, the company also opened new units in the Hamptons and will soon have another showroom in NY, in the Brooklyn area, and in Connecticut. Ornare’s is also working on its new address in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, which is scheduled to be launched in the coming months.
Tidelli
A specialist in the development of outdoor living furniture, Tidelli presents its new releases in line with the trend of redefinition of the home spaces, which become increasingly multifunctional, highlighting the need to think about ambients to work, study, rest and have fun, sometimes all at the same time and in the same place.
Currently, the company has 17 exclusive stores in Brazil and two in California (USA). It is also present in 18 Brazilian and American multibrands, in addition to Panama, Mexico and Uruguay. The company also has a distributor in Norway.
Uultis
Uultis is a high-end furniture brand with Brazilian design and soul, and internationally recognized standards. Translating with excellence the ICFF concept, the brand has contemporary style pieces that combine the delicacy of handcrafted finishing and natural textures with the high technology and industrial capacity of Grupo Herval, one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Brazil.
Uultis, in Latin, means desire, hence the inspiration for the creation of the brand: a piece of furniture that reflects the contemporary desire for good living and well being. Thus, guiding the work developed by them, which, far beyond the object, focuses on the passion for the experience of living well, with an attentive look at details, in original and functional products, in which all excess is discarded in favor of beauty associated with comfort, elegance and well-being.
