After two days of B2B meetings in Panama City, the Brazilian Furniture Project concluded the second stage of the 2026 Latin America Trade Mission, completing an agenda that began in Colombia and spanned two markets of strategic importance to the global expansion of Brazil’s furniture industry.
In Panama, the companies presented their portfolios and solutions to buyers and potential partners interested in the diversity, originality and production capabilities of Brazilian-made furniture. The discussions provided an opportunity to better understand local demand, assess potential areas of operation and identify opportunities for partnerships and new distribution channels.
Each meeting also deepened the companies’ understanding of the Panamanian market and brought Brazil’s furniture industry closer to market players capable of supporting product distribution. Panama occupies a strategic position as both a gateway to Central America and the Caribbean and a logistics hub for other destinations.
From Medellín to Panama City, the mission helped diversify markets, strengthen strategic relationships and create new prospects for the commercial expansion of Brazil’s furniture sector.
ABIMÓVEL and ApexBrasil thank the Brazilian companies for their trust and engagement throughout the mission; the buyers and partners for their openness to dialogue, interest and shared experiences; and the teams and professionals responsible for organizing and conducting the B2B meetings.
There is still much more to come!
The initiative was part of the internationalization efforts of the Brazilian Furniture Sector Project, developed by ABIMÓVEL in partnership with ApexBrasil to strengthen Brazil’s furniture industry and the Brazil brand in global markets.
