We conclude our participation in Fitecma 2025 with pride and enthusiasm, having witnessed the strength and diversity of the Brazilian furniture industry represented with excellence in Buenos Aires — at Argentina’s leading wood and technology trade fair and one of the most important in South America.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to the companies and professionals who are part of the new vertical of the Brazilian Furniture Project and who embraced the challenge of showcasing an innovative, competitive, and globally attuned Brazil to the international audience.
We also highlight the success of the technical seminar “Argentina in Focus: Information and Opportunities for Exporters,” held at the Embassy of Brazil in Buenos Aires. The session kicked off the week’s agenda with strategic insights and key connections to strengthen bilateral and regional trade.
Special recognition goes to our speakers — Leonardo Valverde (Head of the Trade Promotion Sector at the Brazilian Embassy in Buenos Aires), Sofía López (international trade lawyer), and María Cáceres (Director at Cotia Comex S.A.) — for their valuable contributions.
We also extend our thanks to the Brazilian Ambassador to Argentina, Julio Glinternick Bitelli, and to the President of Fitecma, Osvaldo Kovalchuk, for visiting the Brazil Area, as well as to all our partners and everyone involved in the coordination, communication, and institutional promotion of these initiatives. This was just the first of many international efforts to come together with the Brazilian component, machinery, and supplier industries.
